NCIRS conducts a workshop on Vaccines in Public Health annually. The workshop is open to any health professional interested in vaccines and public health. Prior training or experience in epidemiology and/or biostatistics is recommended but not essential.
The workshop is also offered as one of the elective subjects in the Master of Public Health (MPH) and Master of International Public Health (MIPH) programs at the University of Sydney.
The 2019 workshop will be held on 2 and 3 September at The Children’s Hospital at Westmead.
The workshop consists of interactive lectures given by staff of NCIRS and small group case studies. In addition, short online lectures are available before the workshop.
Registration fees apply for those not enrolled in a MPH or MIPH program of $1200 for two days or $600 (incl. GST) for one day.
