          Coversheet on evidence assessment: purified Vero cell rabies vaccine (PVRV; Verorab) rabies vaccine and updates to pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) rabies vaccination

          PVRV (Verorab) vaccination in people indicated to receive rabies PrEP vaccination

          Use of 2 doses of currently approved rabies vaccines for rabies PrEP vaccination in people indicated to receive rabies PrEP vaccination

           

          GRADE assessment

          2 doses of PVRV (Verorab)

          Compared to 3 doses of human diploid cell vaccine (HDCV) or purified chick embryo cell vaccine (PCECV) in people who are indicated to receive PrEP vaccination

           

          3 doses of PVRV (Verorab)

          Compared to 3 doses of HDCV or PCECV in people who are indicated to receive rabies PrEP vaccination

           

          2 doses of HDCV or PCECV
